Post Tuners

I have a 2006 F250 super duty with a 6.0 diesel, having problems towing up hill, does not seem to have the hp, i have to get into it, i was looking at diesel tuners, do they work, could they damage the tran,and motor, what is the best for the 6.0.

for the 6.0 no tuner is the best option unless you put head studs in the motor first.

What seems to be the problem? How much are you grossing weight wise? What kind if hills/mountains are you traveling on?
