Welcome to FTE ywtkwb! The problem could be the motor. There is a current limiting resistor inside the motor that tends to burn out inside these motors.
On the other hand the motor could be OK and the problem be in the window regulator and tracks that the window slides in. These need periodic lubrication. Windows that don't go up and down as fast as they did when new fall into this category. The motor resistor burns out when the regulator gets too tight for the motor to work the regulator. Good luck!
