Need Quick Help! Gas Pedal Assembly

Hey guys,

The plastic gas "pedal" actually broke off on my F250. I need to repace it, but Ford only sells it as an entire assembly with the metal arm and basically everything that bolts to the firewall. They want $400 for it, and no way in hell I'm paying that.

I have found a few junk yards around that have 00 and newer super duties. I was wondering if the assemblies (firewall to plastic pedal) were all the same and interchangeable?

Looking for some quick help here so I can call them and pick it up on my day off (today)

Thanks,
Mike

400? Do you have adjustable pedals?

Mine was like 160 something in my 2000 from the local dealer.

If you could swap just the plastic pedal,go for it.
IIRC, the rest is a tps/ivs, don't know if they will interchange or not.
If it will plug in,should work.
Might check a wiring schematic to be sure of wire locations.
Pretty sure they all run off 5v v-ref.
Somebody help out if I'm wrong.
