tractor pulls

Did anyone else go to the pulls in Burlington fri and sat nite? Sat night they let the locals pull with thier pickups. Both of the fords lost thier rear driveshafts. I think it was 3 or 4 dodges also broke and the stinking gm's took the top spots.

No, I didn't go. The last tractor pull I went to was at the florence speedway some years ago. It wasn't handled very well as it was their first one they did. They were still pulling when the sun came up I believe. I do enjoy them, but haven't been for a long time. I may got to one here in Alexandria. I know they usually have one or two a year out here.
