is uti a good school

i going for there diesel program do they have good insturters and class sizes and how good is there progam on a job app

I've never heard anything bad about them, but can't speak from firsthand experience. Wish I could, as that's a direction I wish I'd taken in my life. Good luck, I think you made a good choice.

UTI sent recruiters to my high school, back in the late 80s. Back then, they claimed to have the worlds quickest diesel drag car. It went a low 10 sec., but keep in mind, this was around 1988-1990. Besides that, they just dont pour out their money on advertising like Wyoming Tech. Very good school though!
Learn the rack setup on a Detroit 2 stroke(critical to them running correctly), and get the most hands on troubleshooting you can get. It's cheating if you just use a computer to tell you fault codes. This emissions junk will keep you well employed!
