2002 2wd lift?

I have a 2002 Supercab 4.6l V8 2wd and am thinking about lifting the front end only so that it will sit level. I was looking for advise on the best way to go about doing this, can I just adjust something on the front suspension or would it be better to buy a set of coil springs that add 2", and if I go that route do I need to buy different front shocks? The shocks I have on there now are Rancho 5000 series for the stock ride height. Also, what is a good wheel and tire size combo including backspacing?

Thanks for any feedback.

Just buy spacers. Your 2wd doesn't have a torsion bar to crank. A quick search will yield you many results on which one to get.

I have a 7" Fabtech on mine with 35's on a 18x10 wheel. With my lift I had to trim the front airdam. I suggest 18x9 wheels because I still rub some.
