Hi all, we are planning a trip to FL in Jan and our 2000 has a tape deck. We haven't used tapes for the last 10years (like most). I found a 2004 6disc (1l2F18C815BD) and want to know if it is compatible with our '00.

I think you will see that they don't bolt up the same and I'm sure you would have to rewire it

 

Thanks, after really looking at several oem hu's I was starting to think not. I was looking at the bolting frame (bottom) on the '04 and the fact that the '00 uses the four pin holes to secure it.
