Need Help AGAIN!!! Blew driveshaft off!!!!!!!

Was spooling up turbo with my breaks on for obvious reasons and then a loud crash and bang and my driveshaft flew by my truck. it broke right inside the pumpkin. snapped the pinion clean apart and launched my driveshaft ahead. so now my truck will move backwards but not forwards. had to go into 4 low and drag my back tires to get outta traffic. anyone have a damage report for me? can i just change my crown and pinion and be good to go or did something else dynamite inside? i might be tearing it down tomorrow. thanks.

I would think you need to pull the cover on the pumkin and check all the internals, spider gears clutches etc....going to have to change the ring gear with the pinon gear.

I'm sure you got some teeth laying in there jamming things up. Hopefully you only snapped the pinnion threads off and didnt crack the case or cover.
Let us now how things turn out. Pics are always good.
Must have quite a bit of mileage on the unit or alot load went thru it to rip it apart.
