Question Bilstein Install

I want to install the Bilstein 5100 adjustables up front of my 2007 FX4. I just had some major surgery so it's out of the question for me to do it myself. I can't even get under the rig to look so here is my question. Is this a simple bolt, unbolt or do you need a spring compressor and all to do it? Also, does anyone have a good guess how much a shop would charge to do it? Thanks.

You will need a pretty strong spring compressor. I have no idea what a shop would charge because i did mine myself. You'll love the shocks though.
