Very cool, I'll second that, he is a great guy, always friendly adn willing to chit chat. I've been over to his shop a time or two. He even has his own dyno.

This is an old picture. The motor has been rebuilt and the truck has undergone some major surgery, but whwn it goes back in, the motor will still look pretty much the same (on the outside).
351C, bored .060, balanced, blurprinted, etc., etc. with a built FMX tranny and 31-spline 9-inch posi. Gonna make some smoke!!!!

This has got to be my favorite. It's perfect! Plenty of room for headers, steering and another passenger. Don't have to worry about destroying anything. Might want to consider a super charger though as these trucks are not exactly light.

Proper gearing will make up for the shortcomings.

V8Muscle, I believe you're going to have to tub the bed to get that extra-wide rear tire to function properly!

You got that right! I just hope my kids don't come asking for their college funds anytime soon.
She's actually pretty mild but she does run smooth. You can't put too much stress on these old girls, those main's are 50+ years old and you don't want to see your crank shaft in the rear view mirror!
