I have a 2003 4.2L F150.

I cannot pass inspection because my MIL does not come on. I have checked all the fuses under the dash/hood. Coming up empty...

The MIL stopped coming on [power on before ignition] at the same time the seatbelt warning light/chime stopped working. Any advice to adress this issue would be greatly appreciated.

 

Try replacing the light bulb first....

 

Is there an easy way to go about that. I'm pretty confident working on the mechanical parts but I've never been dashboard diving.
