Well I got a lot done today on my day off. i hope the weather at home was as nice as it was here. Too bad it will be cold here tomorrow.

How about the weather this morning! Everybody be careful driving to work this morning. 4 more days and I am going on vacation, can not wait. The family and I are loading up the Excursion and heading North to Tenn. for 5 days! I really need a break from all of the hours I have been working. Y'all have a nice day!

Good Morning everyone, Sal, you are right , the weather is a little change from yesterday,BBBRRRRRR,
It's good to hear from someone that remembers the old Kentwood, you wouldn't probably recognize it now, the Triangle Drive Inn has been many things, now it is a BBQ Joint called BomBays, , I haven't been there in 10 or 12 years when it was called Peggys, as far as Kentwood High school, there is a de-seg thing going on in the parish,talk about closing it and moving the students to Sumner, the enrollment is down to only about 50 % of capacity, 99 % black, 2 students tried to burn it down last year,, so who knows what will happen next.

 

As Big-Ken said the other day.. Just a hit-n-run. Was out of town over the weekend (Shreveport). Back now.. Long weekend coming up, which means a short week.. !!!!!

 

Sal what part of Tenn are you going to? I am still in Chattanooga.

The weather here was nasty today. I worked thru snow flurries and sleet.

 

Robert, The weather sounds nasty up there! When we leave on late Friday afternoon, we plan on driving to Al and then Saturday Morning driving up to Chattanooga for a day or two then go a little east towards Gatlinburg for a day or so than come home. By then we are going to be ready for a PO-Boy!. I guess you will be coming home this week end? Maybe on our way home we could try to meet up! If so I will PM you.

The weather was crazy today. Sunny one minute and snowing the next. It is hard to work in those conditions. I'll probably be sick next.
