I am still not convinced that it is not dectectable by ford, I know it doesn't re program anything but the computer monitors and records just about every parameter on these new trucks that my guess is it is detectable if the tech was to dig deep enough. Until someone from banks explains to me how they get around this or a ford tech tells us that it can not be detected I will remain skeptical.

Information for you that Ford is taking a solid stand. Oasis Broadcast Message.
2159 - 2008-2009 F-SUPER DUTY - 6.4L - P0401/P0402/P2002/P244A/P2453/P2455 AND/OR DPF DAMAGE CAUSED BY AFTERMARKET EQUIPMENT <!--
-->
SOME 2008-2009 6.4L DIESEL VEHICLES MAY SET DTC P0401,P0402,P2002,P244A, P2453, P2455 OR HAVE A DAMAGED DPF/DOC (BLACK SOOT IN TAIL PIPE, BLACK OR WHITE SMOKE) RESULTING FROM AFTERMARKET MODIFICATIONS. BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH NORMAL DIAGNOSTICS, INSPECT THE VEHICLE FOR NON-APPROVED AFTERMARKET AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS, AND OR AFTER DOC/DPF EXHAUST SYSTEMS OR ELIMINATION OF THE DOC/DPF AND OR PERFORMANCE ENHANCING PROGRAMS. THE USE OF NON APPROVED AFTERMARKET AIR INDUCTION SYSTEMS CAN ALSO CONTAMINATE THE MAF SENSOR, AND CAUSE INACCURATE EGR OPERATION AND FALSE DIAGNOSTICS CODES. REPLACEMENT OF FACTORY COMPONENTS WILL NOT RESOLVE THESE CONCERNS, AND SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED OR COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. PLEASE REFER TO THE WARRANTY AND POLICY MANUAL, SECTION 3, FOR WARRANTY IMPLICATIONS OF REPAIRS RELATED TO VEHICLE MODIFICATIONS. <!--</pre>-->

OK, I'm going to start a firestorm. This goes back to the MM act. It prevents manufacturers from voiding your warranty when you use non FOMOCO parts (Fram air filters, Valvoline oil filters, Autolite spark plugs, etc. For instance). If you have a Fram air filter, thats an approved aftermarket item.

As for the codes...
P0401 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Insufficient Detected
Description:
Estimated EGR percent is less than the minimum limit for the operating conditions.
Possible Causes:
- Aftermarket intake systems or exhaust systems
- Restricted air flow (intake or exhaust)
- Restricted EGR cooler
- EGR valve position sensor bias
- Exhaust pressure (EP) sensor bias
- Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor bias
- EGR valve
P0402 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Excessive Detected
Description:
Estimated EGR percent is greater than the maximum limit for the operating conditions.
Possible Causes:
- Aftermarket intake systems or exhaust systems
- Restricted air flow (intake or exhaust)
- Charge air cooler (CAC) system leaks (hoses and cooler)
- EGR valve position sensor bias
- Exhaust pressure (EP) sensor bias
- Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor bias
- EGR valve
P2002 - Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
Description:
The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the efficiency of the diesel particulate filter for a concern. The efficiency of the filter is determined by the amount of restriction in the filter for a certain exhaust flow rate. The diesel particulate filter is preconditioned for 5,000 km (3,107 miles) before the PCM begins to monitor the level of restriction. The test fails when the measured level of restriction is less than the expected level calculated by the PCM.
Possible Causes:
- Dirty air cleaner element
- Recent manual or thorough diesel particulate filter regeneration
- Aftermarket accessories and performance modifications
- Modified tailpipe
- Exhaust leaks before or near the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor
- Leaks in the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor connecting hose
- Damaged diesel particulate filter
P244A - Diesel Particulate Filter Differential Pressure Too Low
Description:
The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the diesel particulate filter for a concern. The diesel particulate filter is preconditioned for 5,000 km (3,107 miles) before the PCM begins to monitor the differential pressure. The test fails when the measured diesel particulate filter differential pressure is less than a minimum value for a certain exhaust flow rate.
Possible Causes:
- Exhaust leaks before or near the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor
- Leaks in the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor connecting hose
- Aftermarket accessories and performance modifications
- Damaged diesel particulate filter
P2453 - Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
Description:
The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor for offset and stuck signal value concerns. The test fails when the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor signal value at key ON, engine OFF is greater than 2.5 kPa (0.36 psi) or the key ON, engine running signal value changes less than 0.01 volt in 2 minutes.
Possible Causes:
- Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
- Leaks in the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor connecting hose
- Damaged diesel particulate filter pressure sensor
P2455 - Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor A Circuit High
Description:
The powertrain control module (PCM) monitors the diesel particulate filter pressure sensor for a high voltage concern. The test fails when the sensor voltage is greater than 4.90 volts for greater than 15 seconds.
Possible Causes:
- DPF signal circuit open or short to voltage
- SIGRTN circuit open
- Damaged diesel particulate filter pressure sensor

Powerstrokehd question does Banks products (ram air, and monster dual exhaust) meet or exceed the specifications of the oem ford induction system and carry a CARB Executive Order (EO) Number? My next question is if these parts set codes like p2002 is that just a gost code or is it doing damage to the system? No one has given a clear answer on this wether its damaging the internal parts of the engine or damaging the DPF.

mine came with two stickers which I put under the hood so that I should not have any issues when I need warranty work:
CARB EO D-161-80
This is one sticker
The other is just a info sticker for maintance.
