Need some help guys.
Just last week or so, got in the truck & while turning the wheel, heard sounds that I can only liken to rubber squealing. When I turn the wheel left or right, something under the truck's making a tight dry squeaking rubber sound, like I'm outta grease or something. Suspension also squeaks a little now when I hit a bump. Lotsa salt on our roads but I hosed it down good last week and still hear it. I can't find any zerks on the tierods and don;t know what's going on.

Any ideas?

 

Common issue...Ball joints. Ford didnt have any lube fittings on the OEM joints.IF I have my guess its uppers..Might as well reploace both sides upper and lower...

 

second that....mine did the same thing....I replaced upper and lowers
