I have a 2006 with only 41,000 miles. There is a noise/ vibration in the front end, thats more noticeable at low speeds. The rt. front hub, solenid and actuator for the 4wd have been replaced and the noise is still there. The tires are Wrangler ATS- stock size. Any idea's??
Also is there a way to have Ford help warrenty any of these issues? The bill at the dealer for the above work was pretty heafty.

 

It sounds like a front hub or bearing problem. If you originally took it to the dealer for this problem, I'd take it back and explain that the repairs performed by them they didn't fix it. There have been posts on this site about similar problems.
