Some friends of ours from Norway go to the gym every day and the guys girlfriend can bench over 100 lbs.... I don't remember how much I benched last time I tried it but I know it wasn't much at all. I can lift a heck of a lot with my legs but not my arms.

I bet if you took them to Toyota or Honda, they would pay big money for the empties. They could make body panels, fart cans, factory replacement parts, the possibilities are endless!
