AT 808 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AS WELL AS SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATED THAT UP TO ONE AND ONE-HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN ACROSS THE ADVISED AREA. ANOTHER HALF INCH TO INCH IS POSSIBLE THROUGHOUT TODAY. BECAUSE THE GROUND IS NEARLY FROZEN, RUNOFF HAS BEEN VERY EFFICIENT THIS MORNING AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.

hey yall. i finally made it home.i went out to dinner on new years eve with the cute Blondie that lives behind me. 
seeing as i am still partially disabled with a broken ankle, she drove.
well we got lost, cause the GPS in her car broke, and kept telling her to turn right. and i could not get a wireless connection to upgrade the memory in the GPS, so she drove around i one giant circle for the past 7 days waiting for the battery in the gps to die.
well, the battery finally died at around 2 pm today, and i was able to direct her home.
never, never, never, will we go out again with her driving!!
