Looking for some help identifying my truck

Hi everyone, I am new here. I reciently bought a 2006 F-150 Supercab. This truck is decked out sort of like a Roush. It appears to be a factory job but Ford customer care has no info on it other than a stock build sheet. The truck was ordered new with very few options and no carpet. It has an A.R.E. hard bed cover with a wing, Roush style hood scoop, front fender vents, the blue stripes, 20 inch torque thrust wheels and appears to have a lower stance than a stock truck. Can any one help me identify this? Did the factory offer these options or could it have been done by some dealer? I don't know where the truck sold new.

Don't I Wish!

No, no s/c. That would have been nice. I am hoping to figure out who did the modifications because they do not look like aftermarket. Thanks for the reply..

that looks very nice. I haven't seen anybody incorporate the stripe through the grill before.

but...I'm fairly certain the prior owner did all of that. I beleive Roush only does the 5.4 trucks. The selling dealership might have done it though...especially if they sold Roush stuff.

They could put the parts on there, but don't have to label it since Roush didn't build it.
