How to tell if 3v 5.4L can run E85?

How to tell if 3v 5.4L can run E85?
Is there a way to tell if my 2006 F150 can run E85? Is the VIN the only way to tell which version of the 5.4L I have?

It should state E85 on your gas cap also if it can run it.

Engine code is Z I believe. It says on Wikipedia.

If it has a YELLOW gas cap, it's an E85 vehicle.

VIN code (8th digit) "W" is flex-fuel, not 'z". Never trust that wiki site, use the factory documentation.

My truck is E85 as I have ran it several times and I DO NOT have a yellow gas cap.

My 8th digit is a "5".

No E85 for me
