1996 F250 ABS light blinks - WA

1996 F250 ABS light blinks - WA
My F250 has 118K miles (gas 7.3L engine). As of yesterday the ABS light blinks 16 times - pauses - blinks again 16 times. This goes on for ever.... It won't let me shift out of park. I've checked all fuses, they're good, there is plenty of fluid in the master cylinder.
Any help is appreciated.
