heading north

going to yankee town ,and was wondering if there was a good set of snow tiers available .Right know I am in Georgia , used is o .k..
Also any advice on preparing ford 350 `s for long trips . How about those dually rear ends ? Do they hold up o.k. ? Mines a 1990 roll back wit the boom .

Snow tires? Never heard of them. I think that is just something someone made up to keep you non-Yankees from coming up here and spoiling our winters.

Where are you headed? Unless you are going north of Boston/southern New Hampshire or into the mountains of PA or NY, you may not need snow tires for the next couple weeks. You staying through the winter?
