Thank you for the welcome Steve. Well real brief, I am a department manager, process server and I bail people from the gray motel. My truck is a 99.5 F350 crew cab 4x4 long bed with an 8" lift and sound system. Other than that it is completely stock (I need to change that real soon). BTW at Washington and Maple in the city of Montebello diesel is $2.69 a gallon (cash price). Thank again for the invite and the welcome.

How's that 7.3 been for you Joe? That is a very popular motor around here at FTE, and lot's of people wish they could still get it.

Bill, I haven't had any problems with it so far. I got the truck in 2002 with 39,000 miles on it and I now have 120,000. I have put in 2 transmissions in it though. The most recent was in August of 05 and 18,000 miles ago. I don't drive it that much huh?

Hey Steve, As soon as I got I put bigger tires on it so that counts for a bit of the mileage.

As for the gears, I have not changed them out. Didn't think that running 36s would make that big of a difference. I don't recall what went wrong with the first trans, but the TC went out the second time while traveling across country.

I don't have any pics at this time. I will need to wait until daylight or have one of the kids do it for me.

With a diesel 36's are not really too big even with 3.73's.

I'm running 35's with a 3:73 running gear.
