It's finally done, pics of my custom cold air box.
































It took me a long time to get this done, but it's finally done!!!!!

Thats a nice looking cold air box. Where did you get the gasket material on the top of the box?

Looks good Jim. I have been looking at ways to do one also. I think that is the neatest one Ive seen yet.

Looks nice Jim, I really like the shade of blue that you painted the IC pipes and fuel filter cover in. What brand is it and what color?

Thanks Dave.The gasket material is "door" gasket. A freind of mine co owns a shop where they build replica cobras and he gave me a good size peice of it.

Thanks. I actually got the templates from another member. I had to do a little modifying after it was built. I'm going to adjust my template.

If anyone needs one let me know and I will make some templates and send them out to you.

Now Jim you are gonna have to make me one and send it down this way now . Very good looking now I kinda wish I went with that color it looks really good.

Thanks Travis! I actually did'nt have any beer while I was making it. I waited until after for the beer. It is'nt hard. Do you have access to a tig or mig welder?

Thanks JD.The color is nice. The first can kept clogging the tip though. I had to use my torch cleaners to unclog the nozzle.
