Passenger Window Motor - WARRANTY
Driveside Rear View Mirror (Motor wentout) - WARRANTY
Rear Axel Seal - THis one sucked becase the truck only had about 40K then
Brakes - Normal wear
Replaced the leaking third brake light with whole new assembly - Poor design
Driver side ball joint - I think the wife hit something because the front strut was shot as well at like 30K.
Rear pinion seal - This just had to be fixed at about 83K
Also I drive the hell out of my vehicles.

2 Front end alignments during the first 8,000 miles - but they got it right the second time
Windshield -
Other than that, just oil changes/tire rotation each 5K, Fuel filters every 10K, Air Filters every 10K, Tranny Flush @ 30K and soon Brake recall.
Love the truck!

05 FX4 Supercab 32,500 miles
replaced starter at 500 miles because of faulty solenoid-under warranty
brake hose recall
replaced parking brake cables and linkage- under warranty
replaced radio becase of faulty CD changer(there is a TSB out on these)- under warranty
replaced speaker in passenger side front door- under warranty
