94 F-350 gas mileage
What kind of gas mileage should I expect from a 1994 F-350 4x4, powerstroke, ZF 5 tranny, reg cab, 8' bed, and all stock? What would be the difference between a F-350 and F-250 as far as gas mileage? Does the extra weight of a F-350 make a difference, not sure of the weight difference? Is there anything else that would factor in between a F-250 and 350? Not sure of the gear ratio either, what would be the best gear ratio for this truck with the ZF 5 tranny for towing and for gas mileage.

I started out getting 14/16 city/ highway. Depends alot on the truck. You'll hear anywhere between 15-20mpg highway stock The only real diffeence in the 250 and 350 is the front axle so weight diffenece is minimal. (gas milage would be 0mpg since you have a diesel its fuel milage).
If your going to pull most of the time 4.10s are the way to go but if only towing a little or not real heavy 3.55s are fine. Thats what i have and the truck does fine grossing 25K combo but 4.10s would make it nicer. I think a couple guys on here have 3.73s out of the superduties in their truck
