1989 f350 7.3 fuel system

looking at the service records on this uhaul i saw an electric relay for the fuel pump or fuel system had been replaced. i thought the fuel pump and fuel system was non electric. any insight??????

If it has 2 tanks there is an electric switch on the frame just ahead of the tanks.

No relay on the fuel system in stock form.
The IP and lift pump are both mechanical.

Maybe they put an electric fuel pump on it?
