Oh and you are correct, ice cream is part of a diet. As a matter of fact I just finished a bowl of low fat ice cream and and boy was it goodie.... pecan prealine (sp?)

Hi ya Don.... no problem with it sliding down easy. As a matter of fact, it slides down too easy. This flavor is very good and you can not tell that it is low fat.

 

Woodstock Fair. Lots of old Fords there Missed the antique tractor pulls though

 

that is where I draw the line, even though I do eat yogurt as a mid morning snack.

There is a woodstock in Connecticut, about 20 minutes away from the rhode island border.

 

I agree I like regular yougurt with fruit, Usually Columbo is what I like best.

I have eaten Frozen yogurt and low fat, but only in desperation for a ice cream craving when the real stuff is unavailable..
