Does anyone know where I can find a tailgate protector for a 1992 F150 flareside? I am looking for a black one that can be installed with adhesive tape. The tailgate protector for a regular F150 will not work because the flareside has a different tailgate. I've already checked with many truck accessory places online, and so far I haven't had any luck.

 

could you buy one for a regular bed and cut it down to size?
