Tune-up specs for 1977 Ford PU 351M

Can someone please give me the specs for my truck - being that it is Sunday everything is closed and I have lost my book. Any help would be very appreciated!

My 77 is non-California emissions, non-catalyst, manual transmission and no air conditioning. These are the specs for my engine:

Curb Idle - 650 rpm
Timing - 12* BTDC
spark plug gap - .042-.046
