wiring for engine test stand........
>hey guys, can i hard wire everything for a test stand?
>guages
Gauges require lower than 12v pulsing power from an Instrument Cluster Voltage Regulator.
Direct 12v will kill them dead.
and ignition box straight through the battery with inline fuses?
Doesn't the coil require step down voltage to 8 volts through a resistor block or wire once the engine is running?
It should.
ive just got it on a stand....not in a truck
