Good evening, my first part arrived for my transmission yesterday (Wednesday), it was ordered Monday and sent via over-night. I had added it to the initial order which was placed last Thursday via ground shipment and I'm still waiting on those to arrive.

Dave...what's the ETA for getting your van together and back on the road???

It seems to me that I read somewhere that a dealer is going to do the work under warranty and you're going to provide some aftermarket parts...or was that someone else???

BIGKEN:

You are correct, the dealership is repairing the transmission under warranty using performance parts that I have ordered.

Till I have the parts there is no reasonable way to anticipate a back on the road date.

Tomorrow I'm going to the dealership to let them know I'm still waiting on parts.
(I gave them the invoice from the supplier's email showing that I had ordered the parts last week.)

Yesterday I came upon "The V-10 trans cooler on the early Super Duty's was bigger than the PSD." and I'm going to inquire about the cooler as Ford says the tranny cooler is not flushable with respect to cleaning debris out of it so now I'm aware that the cooler is going to be changed out and figured I'd pay for the cooler up-grade should it readily mount & mate-up in my van.

</dd></dl>Granted CT is listed as part of the description for the New England chapter in the Forum list of Regional Chapters.

Sean...we've had a couple down pours...one around 4 and one for the last 1/2 hour. First one provided no noise or light...this past one had some nice noise and a couple great lightning bolts!!!

No "H-Bombs" in my yard...I've got Cujo trained to use the neighbors front lawn!!!

Don't know of any others off hand.
