if ya go to home depot -they have a flat sander vibratory type slow but ya can't screw up too bad!just have to use a palm sander for the edges-and a buffer with fibre discs help-after the heavy sanding-as i say i have done it before-it ain't a lot of fun!!

they should have a flat one-vibrates-pad about ? 12 x18 or so? have used them before-works okay if the floor is not too rough and wood is not too uneven-if it is really uneven ya need the real deal call someone and get the pro job

the pros use one with a drum but it raises and lowers with a lever-still hard on ya if you ain't used to it-and hang on when ya drop the drum-seen a guy go right through a wall with one-his feet slipped and it drug him right into and through the wall-would have been funny but I had to fix the wall ??
