97 F-250 just used a superchips micromax tuner #1705 now i have a IDM relay clicking and the truck acted like all six batteries were weak! use 4 extras to run a 16,000 pound winch. truck did start and acted fine going down the road, but there has to be a reason for this all of a sudden. tuner is set at tow preformance. any ideas?

 

If I read your thread correctly, you didn't have this problem until you installed the SuperChip #1705. De-tune it and set it back to stock and see if you have the same problem.

For the life of me I don't really see the correlation between the Chip and the IDM relay but if it was working correctly prior to the SuperChip and started after....Put it back to stock.

Also, did you check for any codes?
