Jr. been thinking about a custom paint job I can't can't up with anything different.

 

got a buddy up here is banging with flames!

 

we shot a 58 nomad years back heavy metal flake and flames-one pretty ride! we did a oak and mahogany floor in the back with the chevy bow tie looked good -wish i had pictures!

 

darned shame the guy we painted it for sold it

 

That does sound nice. I'm trying to make plans after my truck is back on the road looks like I will have to replace both sides of the bed and some body work.

 

I'll do the best I can. Spent 5hrs today in the emergency room with my Dad today. At least the tests showed his pains were not heart related.

This old man is just a wee bit tired. lol

yeah some guy down here had an upholstery shop-i fixed his roof for a seat job on the road runner-well his leaks stopped and my seats never got done-the metal flake job was screwed up -his helper used a sander to sand the body after we did the final coat-so we took the paint and mixed it with clear like a candy apple effect? turned out sweet!!!the metal flake will turn silver if you sand it too much! purple flake blue paint!so we candy appeled it !
looked good when we got done !and that so and so sold it -was suppose to be a project for the shop-park out front to promote business!

 

I would have kept it.
