Same here TJ but supposed to clear up and heat up for the rest of the week. Had the furnace going last evening...would have lit the wood stove but haven't cleaned the chiminey yet That's this evenings job.
ArcticY, isn't that the way it so often is...never maintain something until it demands it. I just bought a new semi-auto shotgun, put 75 rounds through it and it was starting to jam... It was likely due to the assemble grease and lubes being baked unto the moving parts. After a good cleaning, I put about 100 rounds through it on Saturday and it worked flawless. We bought an automatic skeet thrower yesterday, this is going to be fun!!
Gerry, I like the transom window. They give a lot of light for what they are.
Hope everyone has a great day...begin winter planning boys...its not far away!!!

I haven't done very much the last week. My brother's been out of town, so it's been a zoo at work. I start earlier and come home later than usual. The weather doesn't help either. I do my cleaning and painting outside, due to the attched garage, Dawn doesn't like the fumes coming from the garage to house. It wouldn't be bad if the kid's and her would stop coming to see what I'm doing all the time!

Excellent idea Gerry, get all the natural light you can, I wish I had even more windows in my shops and garages.
No rain but it was cloudy for a while here.
True but very depressing, I`m loving what little summer we got.
Lately I haven`t done on either of my 53 or 56 M100`s but tomorrow my 67 fast back goes in for a set of new mufflers!
Hopefully you get some progress on your 56 before the snow comes.

Gerry, John is right. Those doors aren't the same size at all. Better measure them, I think your contractors just checked them "casually"...
3 above this am. I love it. Not much for this +30 crap. I'll admit that I'm not looking forward to the -20's and beyond, but I don't mind a bit of coolness.
Is the SKS a 7.62X39? I see them quite a bit for a very reasonable price, plus a person can buy the FMJ rounds in bulk for target shooting. Is it a fairly accurate gun Colin?
Making us drool over here Morris...
Have a good Tuesday out there boys!!
