I have an extra 1975 XLT crew cab (cab only) for sale. I bought it to strip parts off of for my other crew cab restoration (including trim). This cab is in extremely good shape but not perfect. Very little rust throughout. If I hadn't already painted my first cab I would definitely have used this one. These rust free cabs will bring lots of $$ in the NE but I don't want to fool with trying to ship it so I will sell it locally. Since I am using it for parts, it will be pretty stripped down (no doors). The dash, A/C, column, and headliner will stay with the cab. If you are looking to a cab swap to your existing truck then this is the cab for you. I will take no less than $800 cash for it. I can overhead winch it right on to your trailer even. First come first serve on this one. (note, I have already sold the bed).

Looking for a real truck air horn. (ie grover) A lot of them are taken off of decommissioned emergency vehicles. I need to replace my stock 78 horn with something more substantial. If possible I'd like two.

I'm looking to spend around 2000 for a running and driving car. But I'm building a drag car so motor and trans does not need to be in the car. The main thing is that the car is compleate body wise and not beat to crap

Anyone have a 4bbl intake for an FE? Not too particular, but would prefer a dual plane. Stock is ok, aluminum is preferable, due to wieght.
As always, low cost is also a bonus.

I am going to take a closer look at it, and see if it can be repaired with a welder and a scab plate before making the call on a full frame swap. It took a good many years for this crack to develop, after the original damage occured. The frame was tweaked slightly back in the mid 80's by a drilling rig backing into the pass front corner and pushing the truck about 6ft sideways. It was supposedly straightened by a frame shop that specialized in big truck frames. I figure they missed a small stress crack.

If it turns out that I feel a frame swap would be better, I will certainly contact you about your nieghbor's truck. Long bed reg cab is exactly what I will need. Also need the "dent-filler" trim for the pass side of the bed, the one with the rubber insert. Dad knocked it off before we managed to get the truck away from him. It was once in the bed, but that was before it sat for 3 years at my sisters in Tulsa. Which also explains the "Tag" on the paint. I can't tell what it is supposed to represent, since I don't speak spanish...... Sis lives near 21st and Garrnett.

Items needed for 1986 f150:
C6 to 302 EFI Transmission Kick-down Cable.

Interior Pillar covers, any color, not cracked for a non headliner truck

If you have an XL or XLT interior you are parting out I would be interested in upgrading from my base interior.

Wheels, I am looking to upgrade my stock steelies with caps to a five spoke something, chrome or aluminum. Not too picky.

8 Foot bed in good shape, mines not rotted anywhere, but it has its share of scraps, dents and gouges.

THANKS

ROCK ON

Have you looked at Danny's for a bed? Looks like they had several beds neatly stacked/shelved last time I drove by there. My son and I are planning on hitting a salvage yard or 2 this weekend, I'll keep an eye out.
