I've always liked white letter tires and when I bought my Dune Grapplers they didn't have an option for white letters. So I busted out the tire paint pen today and started painting. What do you guys think? White or plain? I bought two of the pens... If I have enough paint left I'll probably to the Desert Terrain lettering.

I did think about the red but the only place in the city I could find with the pens only had white and yellow... and I ended up buyin all the white.

 

Me personally, I'll never run white letter on any vehicle that I own.

 

I have always liked the white letters also, but to each his own opinion. Call me a red neck but I think it will look good in white.

While I'm still running smaller tires I'd like to have white letters. But when I step up a few sizes I'll probably stick to a solid black wall.

i've always said i only like white letters on stock rims and highway tires.. otherwise there's too much going on (good looking rim and/or an aggressive sidewall)

 

Just my two cents - I personally think the white letters draw attention away from the rims. I prefer black.

normally I like them but this looks odd. Maybe it is because the height of the lettering compared to the height of the sidewall on the tire. If YOU like it go for it.

 

Depends if you want people to look at the truck or the tires. I prefer all black - no distractions from the trucks "lines". Plus they look like white walls driving down the road -kinda tacky to me. But like performance said it does not matter what we think it is what you like!
