Carb Choke Question

Hi Guys and Gals!

I ordered a remanufactured Holley 1835 2 barrel for my '59 F-100's 292. I had the supplier install an electric choke on the carb. It has a positive and negative lead on it. Where do you suggest I run these leads? If I'm thinking correctly, the positive should be connected to a circuit that is hot only when the key is on...

Thanks in advance

More info

I should have added that the electrical system is presently the stock 12V generator system with no upgrades.
