Mirror Swap?

I have a 2006 F-150 Scab FX4 and my friend has a 2006 or 2007 Scab. He has the trailer tow mirrors and i have the regular fold away mirrors. He wants to swap his for mine, so i wanted to know if this was possible, and if it is, how hard is it to do so? Any help is appreciated.
