Ok everyone.. Our very first NM chapter G2G is now set in motion...
We know the "when" - Sunday, June 15th at 2:00 pm
We know the "where" - Los Altos Park at Lomas & Eubank
Now all we need is the "who's" and "what's"!!!!!!!
Here is the scoop for park.... it is on a first come first serve basis.
We can have gas or propane grills - NO Charcoal !
No glass containers. We have to pick up after ourselves and leave the area clean.
There are shaded areas available and a play area for the kids.... (Not so sure about the "grown-up" version of the kiddos!) We will need to be considerate of the other park visitors as it is a public park.
We can plan to have a BBQ/cook-out/potluck if everyone is up to doing their part to make this happen!
We were thinking if we can have a few people bring grills, everyone can bring their own meat to grill, their own sodas and waters (not sure of alcohol on public park property....and no glass containers!) And everyone can bring a dish of some type to share!
If we can get enough cooperation from everyone this should be a fabulous afternoon!!
If for whatever reason there is anyone that can't afford something --please don't hesitate to let us know --- As a Chapter we should be like "family" Maybe we can all work together to see that everyone is taken care of!!! Please contact RDJSBABY (Renee) by PMing her because she is in charge of the planning!!!!

As I mentioned in a PM. I will try and be there. There is a chance I'll be at the lake though so I don't want to commit to bringing anything until I know for sure.
