It has the 360 in it, but its torn down to the block....I was going to rebuild it because all it needed was rings, but i never got around to it. its sitting im my garage right now and the truck has been under a car port since ive had it.

Don't really need anything right now, just hate to see it go to the crusher.

 

No danger of it going to the crusher very soon. Since I bought the new shop I plan on keeping the best stuff around in case my Oregon buds need something!

banks turbo kit for 6.9/7.3 diesels -- trade for help

heres the deal I have a 87 4x4 I love with a blown motor and an 86 parts truck I need the motor form the parts truck to get into the 4x4 both trucks have turbos an older banks kit on the parts truck and a nice sidewinder kit on the 4x4
I'm willing to give the sidewinder kit (and most anything else you need offf the parts truck) to anyone who can help me transfer the motors. I will want a reference or two before I invite you over, but I'm easy to get along with

so if i trans plant the good motor i can keep the old motor and turbo????? dose the donor have a good trans and what is it????

 

you can have as much of the parts truck as you need and take your pick on the turbo's all I need a turbo for is to keep her from smoking at elevation I drive like a grampa so the power is fine with me
