Carb Replacement

Have 3X2 set-up with Stromberg 97's. Since replacement carbs are so expensive, any recommendations to replace these 97's ....? e.g. Carb change, manifold change, adaptors, etc. ....
Thx

Carb Replacement

Holley 94's are very plentiful and cheap ( as cores anyway ). everyone wants a ridiculous amount for a rebuilt on, but if you hit the swap meets, you can find them cheap.

Post Carb Replacement

There are alot of aftermarket catalog companies (i.e. "Dennis Carpenter", "Job Lot Automotive", "Car Products & Speciality Parts" and others) that sell carb kits to rebuild these carbs. There are fairly easy to rebuild unless the carb bodies themselves are totally worn out.

Good Luck.

Rono.
