292 Heavy Duty - Cam Oiler question
Greetings all,
Am in the process of resurrecting a HD 292. As I have cobbled together three 292s, I have bumped into an inevitable problem. The machinist noticed that there is a check ball in the oil gallery of one cam assembly on one side, but not on the other side. he is concerned that this will affect the oil pressure and flow through the entire block. Can anyone comment on this issue?
If needed, i can get the casting numbers on Monday.
