On the issue with moving the front hanger back: You just have to keep in mind, that depending on how much lift you have already, in combo with the flip, you could be pushing the limits on the extension of the driveshaft. Pushing it back another 2 inches could multiply that. =Boom.
The shackle flip actually rotates the axle forward, so you don't need to worry about driveshafts. It ends up being roughly the same length after you're 4inches higher.
the shackle flip DOES push the axle forward, but it also lowers it that 4 inches, and when/if you move the assy. back 2 inches, that combines with it. If you already have say 4 inch springs, it could get hairy under full droop. Just some food for thought.
Man those factory rivets are a beoch, they put up a fight.
Oh, and I'm sure you don't want to hear it, but the body lift made it REALLY nice to access the upper rivets, since I didn't have the bed off for this...
