Well, I'm home from working on Pauls bronc-ho! As soon as the pics get into my photobucket account, I'll send them over here. I would have been home sooner, but it was so nice this afternoon we took off to drink a few beers and do a little fishing. Caught a few bluegill, nothing special, but drank a few beers so it was worth while!.
Pics a coming.....

All right here they are:
Nick an fat boy me making some spacers for the track bar lower mount. We welded the rear spacer to the new bracket so that it won't get lost, the front spacer is 1/4" and will make sure the rod end has enough room to move and not get hit or bind up:
Paul was a little concerned about the track bar hitting. It is slightly forward of the cover and has 2" clearance from the bottom of the bar to the top/front of the diff cover. Only time and testing will tell if it will hit. I measured mine and it was about in the same spot and I've never hit mine:
Paul, the 5" bolt was too long, I'll leave it to you to cut off or get a shorter grade 8 bolt!! This is how the passenger side knuckle has the ends placed. Note the misalignment bushings are only needed on the draglink. The tie rod will never be "flexed" from the point it is in, it is there only for a twisting motion during turning.
And the final product, awaiting Paul to bring down some 8 lug wheels, lugnuts and oh yeah, brakes!!!!

Thanks! And for those out there thinking of doing this swap, my buddy Nick and I will do it for you. Obviously there would be a cost involved and you need to supply ALL of the parts. I will give you a parts list to get specifically what is needed. PM me if interested!
I don't want to make a living out of this, but I need to raise funds to get the ranger together, and we thought this would be a good way to do it. The SAS or D60 upgrade is fairly easy now that I've done it 3 times.....
