98 4.6 no spark

I have a 98 F-150, the engine has been out of the truck for about 1 year. I had a new oil pump and timing set installed and reassembled the truck. When attempting to start the engine, I have no spark at the plugs. What should I check first? It has new plugs and wires installed before the engine was pulled. I have double checked that all the sensors were plugged in. It has a hot battery, and it has pressure at the fuel rail.

Crank position sensor can cause a no spark condition.
