F1 dimensions:
1 1/8 machined shaft diameter
3 13/16 length of machined area for seal and bushing
roller width 1 1/8
roller diameter 1 5/8
total length is 8 1/4
4 groups of 8 splines
pitman arm hole 1 inch

F4 dimensions:
1 1/4 machined shaft diameter
3 13/16 length of machined area for seal and bushing
roller width 11/16
roller diameter 2 inch
total length is 8 9/16
4 groups of eight splines
pitman arm hole 1 1/8 inch

7RC-3575 .. Sector Shaft: 1948/52 F1/F2/F3 / C3AZ-3591-A .. Sector Shaft Seal: 1 5/64" I.D. x 1 9/16" O.D. x 1/4" thick.

7RT-3575 .. Sector Shaft: 1948/52 F4/F5/F6.

7RW-3575 .. Sector Shaft: 1948/52 F3/F5 Parcel Delivery & F5/F6 COE

Both 7RT & 7EW use the same sector shaft seal: B6A-3591-A = 1 15/64" I.D. x 1 11/16" O.D. x 3/16" thick.

The former Gemmer steering factory is north of the Edsel Ford Freeway and the former Packard factory in Detroit, both are vandalized and burned out ruins.

Hey Numberdummy thanks for the respone.

It looks like the info you've provide are for the F1 & F4 pics that gearhead1952 provided.

I'm not sure what happened to my original pics but am reposting them now.

Looks like the mount has been re-positioned & re-welded.

Overall length: 8.75"
Shaft: 1.25"
Machined Bush surface: 4.125"
Roller Dia: approx. 1.78"

Thanks,
larsroadster
