Does anyone know the location of the main vacuum coonnection? I serviced my trans and lost the vecuum to the brake power assist. And got check engine and rough running.

 

Had it towed to the dealer. It's under the injectors. $350 to put it back on OW. They claim they have to remove the injectors.

 

Actually, it's connected to the back of the intake manifold and it a B*TCH to get back on. I hooked mine up before I put the intake back on the truck, as it was the only way I could figure out how to do it.

If they had to pull the intake manifold, that price should be about right.
