What size tire can be used with a 4" suspension lift?
I was told that using 35" tires with a 4" suspension lift on a Supercrew would be cutting it close. The guy from 4 Wheel Parts recommended I use 33". If anyone has pictures or website links of lifted Supercrews please pass on the link. aintfen@tnrcc.state.tx.us

I've heard that it depends on the type of lift you install. Rancho lifts give you an advertised 4". I test drove a 2001 s'crew with this lift, 35X12.50R16 BFG a/t on a centerline 16X10 rim. It rides great. I did notice that the front air dam had to be trimmed slightly as well as the rear portion of the front fender flairs. I didn't notice any rubbing during turning given this treatment. I talked to the techs at superlift and they told me I would have no trouble clearing 35's if I were to slightly crank the torsion bars up to give a full 5" of lift with their system. Sounds like superlift's 4.5" of advertised lift and minor trimming are the best way to go with 35's from what I've found. Otherwise stick to the 33's with any less lift. Here's a picture of the 2001 with the Rancho lift. Hope this helps
