Drove it to my specialist to get more injections in my lower back. Imagine lying on a table while being slowly stabbed all the way into the disc space in your spine, then getting several cc's of fluid under pressure pushed in an already incredibly sore area. Both sides, 3 places in 3 discs each side. This is the 5th set, it does not get easier.

Surgeon shook my hand and said he could not help. They are talking neural implant. I think my wrenching is going to get more and more restricted. My dreams of being a river dance champion are over.

Back is ruined from my career and a couple of accidents. I should have treated it better.

I have had back surgery and back pain for 20 years, I couldn't walk at times. Multiple areas with herniated disks, degrading disks, spinal stenosis. I went the route of shots in the spine right up against the disks too. One of the best things I found was ample rest, decompression using a Teeter Hangups three times a day for 5-10 minutes and dropping 30 pounds. I am 50 now and can do physical work again (I hauled and processed 50 cords of wood since September) but as soon as I feel any soreness or weakness I stop for a few days. I am usually pain free. Disks will shrink some on their own but it takes at least 6 months to a year.

tensioner

Today I replaced the tensioner pulley and serpentine belt. I am focusing on mechanical issues first and foremost, but I did add a vanity plate and steering wheel cover.

Had to replace the radiator in my truck. Walked out of the gas station to a green waterfall coming from the front of the truck. Found a $50 off code at advance auto parts to help out.

I put a 3in exhaust on my 96 250. 25in glass pack wish it was a little louder but I enjoy the throaty rumble. It kinda sounds like a cummins when it hits overdrive and at 1800rpm.

New starter yesterday. Been sounding a bit rough the last week or so, and knew it couldn't be good. Yup, last night it almost left me stranded. I picked one up last night and stuck it it. Back to good.

Finally got my hands on these visors and they were a maroon felt color, so I reupholstered them in red and black, I had fun taking them apart and putting them back together
